- Easy
- Already have it made, just basically reheating
- Can transform the meal into something else
As silly as this sounds I don't actually really like leftovers. My favourite though is fried spaghetti. Its so easy.
- Take your favourite pasta that you didn't finish and take it out of the fridge.
- In a frying pan take a teaspoon of oil and a teaspoon of butter and melt together.
- Once melted, put the pasta in the pan and break it down with a spoon.
- After breaking it down let it heat up and cover with a lid.
- Mix frequently.
- After it is all heated take some parmesan cheese and sprinkle it on top and let it melt covered.
- Stir and serve.
Sounds pretty yummy eh? This is my go to recipe. In my house we constantly eat pasta so I always have some in the fridge that I can warm up. Sometimes we warm it up in the microwave but this way it tastes so much better.
Another easy thing to do is just fry up whatever you have in your fridge. It is easy to throw together a stir fry or a hash. Believe it or not there are restaurants that just serve hash. You would start this the same way as your fried spaghetti and then put your other ingredients in it.
