Healthy Student on a Budget: What's in Matt's Shopping Cart

Hello people on the inter webs, how's your Thursday evening doing?

Were going to talk about what's in my shopping cart.  Well since I live at home my list isn't as big due to my mom does majority of the shopping in the house.
It's a major benefit having to live at home commuting to school, because you save at least $50.00 on groceries on a typical week.

But i do purchase some necessities such as:


- Almond Milk ( Brand Almond Fresh Chocolate flavor) Good replacement for chocolate milk, there are many health benefits to almond milk, and Almond Fresh is one of the best tasting brands of almond milk in the market.  If you never tried almond milk, it is worth a shot.


- Frozen mix berries

- 24 pack of water - I've lost weight replacing all my beverages with water, i lost 17 pounds within 4-5 months.  I also went to the gym 3 times a week.

- Corn Flakes cereal - simple breakfast when you don't have time.

- 2% milk
- Banana, strawberries
- Coffee Beans - need that coffee when your studying  :D
- Walnuts - good replacement when you're craving something crunchy, may be expense, but has many good fats that the body needs to function.

- Greek yogurt  - If you're not a fan go yogurt in general, Greek yogurt has a thick texture to it and tastes better than standard yogurt.  The best brand would be Liberte
